Self esteem is the value you place on yourself and True Self Esteem is not being affected by anything happening in your life. It makes you resilient in the face of all opposition and challenges. It is the basis of being happy all the time. However, very few people have this. This talk is an introduction to some of the aspects of self-esteem and an understanding of why low self esteem is so persistent. Peter will introduce some ideas for overcoming low-self esteem.
