In Chinese symbolism, winter describes a period of hibernation, introspection, and deep restoration. The new year reminds us that our minds and bodies require deep nourishment at this time of year, so that we can create a clear path to our fullness. We can all benefit from taking time out to bring closure, to rejuvenate and to inject newness into our lives.
The new year is also a time to dream big and connect with what’s important in our life in order to be truly content. By creating space for quiet reflection, we can align ourselves with our Beings and create clear direction, energy and momentum to bring any plans to fruition.
This month, the Lighthouse is dedicating a day, (as 2 consecutive half day events on the 30th & 31st Jan) for a holistic program to rejuvenate the mind and body and renew our inner wellbeing, energy and health.
Our first session, will be led by Ash Patel, from the Lighthouse, who will be our guide to take us through a gentle and meditation-based enquiry process connecting with our higher selves to process, let go and create a pathway to a new beginning in 2021.
